Molding Technician
Duties/Responsibilities:
A person with strong experience, education, or combination of both in
Reaction Injection Molding (RIM) is needed for a hands-on leadership position
with our growing RIM production team. This person will provide shop-floor
support for unique RIM manufacturing techniques and participate in the
development and production of novel RIM products.
Qualifications:
Valuable skills include the use of mechanical systems, pneumatics,
hydraulics, RIM equipment, RIM molds, and mastery of RIM manufacturing methods
for thermoset plastic parts. This person must be able to demonstrate
competent technical, leadership, and management skills. A broad knowledge
of the plastics industry is a plus.

Job Location: Osborne,
Kansas
Job Summary: The
Growth of Osborne Industries provides opportunities at skilled and unskilled
areas in manufacturing production work including assemblers, trim and finish
workers, injection molders, and plastics transfer molding workers. Jobs
available may include: light assembly, directed-fiberglass preform machine
operators, fiberglass resin products finishers, plastic molding machine
operators, and general production workers.
Full-time, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Monday-Friday.
Qualifications: Candidates
should have a basic mechanical/production aptitude. Prior experience with fiberglass resin molding, injection
molding, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems is an advantage.
Experience with RTM closed molding processing would be very valuable.
Novices can apply for position, which includes on-the-job training and
the opportunity for rapid advancement to more highly developed skill levels.
Ability to work on concrete surfaces and occasionally lift 50 # required.
