 Osborne's proprietary
mold-building techniques are used to build inexpensive, composite molds
for RTM and RIM capable of long production runs.
Compression-type tooling, used by others, can be very costly.
Our composite molds provide you with a fast and economical route to
quality parts.
 Open molding methods used by "hand-layup" and
"chopper-gun" shops offer cheap tooling. However, the
added investment in an Osborne two-half, closed, composite mold is
quickly repaid by overwhelming part quality advantages.
Osborne also provides machined aluminum molds for longer service if
your application requires it.
