Each year Osborne Industries holds its annual meeting in August. This meeting serves to inform employee owners of the company financial statements. A year in review is also presented, including information on products, sales and marketing, plant and production upgrades. This meeting is also when stock certificates are distributed to vested employee owners. An overall future perspective is presented as well.

Annual ESOP Conference

Osborne Industries employees Mike Reed, Kim Bledsoe, Theresa Dishman, and Paul Shaefer attended the 11th Annual Fall ESOP Conference. This ESOP Conference is hosted by the Heart of America Chapter of the National ESOP Association. The Heart of America Chapter represents ESOP companies in Kansas and Missouri. The meeting was held in Kansas City on Thursday, August 26th, 2010.
