Molding (RIM), Osborne also does hand lay-up, compression molding,
Structural RIM (SRIM) and Reinforced RIM (RRIM) molding. We use
the most efficient methods to mold polyester, polyurethane, polyurea, and our own patented Rutene® polymers.
We also have the capability and know-how to mold epoxies and polyimides.

with efficient manufacturing methods.
Engineers help you with the design and chemists formulate special resins
for your project. Most molds and tooling components are designed and built
in-house. Many secondary operations are performed at Osborne, too.
